Create Orders

You record a new sales order, numbered SO-, joined to the account. It starts as Draft (draft): a new order was created but isn't yet active.

Create Orders

Go to Sales → Sales Pipeline → Orders. Choose Create new sales account.
Create sales order opens, with Order Basics, Shipping & Billing, Lead information, Financials, Notes, and documents.
Press Create. That runs Create new sales order.
- This does not make the order active. It stays Draft (draft).

You should see Draft (draft) and the number prefix SO-.
