Edit Price List Items

You save the item rows on a price list. Each row is a rate line for one item, with a unit price and a currency. Deleting the price list removes these rows.

Edit Price List Items​

  1. Go to Sales → Sales Configuration → Pricing. On the Price lists table, choose Add/Edit Price List Items.
  2. In Price list items, Price list overview is shown with the rows. Change the row. The columns are Product, Unit of Measure, Packaging, Cost, Actual price, From Quantity, To Quantity, New price, % Discount, Net price, and Catalog Variance Percentage.
    • The form loads the rows already on that list. Saving does not change Draft (draft), Active (active), Disabled (disabled), or Expired (expired).
  3. Press Save.

The rows keep the values you saved. Choose Add/Edit Price List Items again to save a different value.
