Create Price List

You create a named rate schedule for a customer group and a warehouse. A new list starts as Draft (draft).

Deleting the list also removes the item rows on it.

Create Price List​

  1. Go to Sales → Sales Configuration → Pricing. On the Price lists table, choose Create price list.
  2. In Create new price list, under Price list basics, set Price list name, Warehouse lines, Customer group, Start date, and End date. Under Discounts, set Discount.
    • Choose the customer group that should receive the pricing from this price list.
    • On Warehouse lines, set warehouse. The list is scoped to that warehouse.
    • Discount is a percentage applied to this price list. The cost of the item will be reduced by that percentage.
  3. Press Create. Create new adds the list.
    • A new list is Draft (draft). This does not set Active (active), Disabled (disabled), or Expired (expired).

You should see Draft (draft).
