Create Market

You create a market as Active (active). A market groups leads into a cohort, and it can sit under a parent market.

Create Market

1. Go to Sales → Sales Configuration → Markets. Choose Create market.
2. Create new market opens, on sales pipeline markets basics, with Market information, Market name, Description, and Parent market.
   • Parent market points at a market already there, when this market belongs under a larger one.
   • A new market stays Active (active). An opportunity can point at this market afterward.
3. Press Create. That runs Create data entry for Market.

You should see Active (active).

Update market saves a later change on this same market.
